Job summary

ALLMED PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites a detail-oriented accounting assistant to join our finance team.

You will handle a full set of accounts, assist with GST submissions, tax computations, budgeting, and monthly/annual financial reporting, while supporting day-to-day office tasks. The role requires a Diploma, proficiency in MS Excel, familiarity with accounting software, strong numerical accuracy, and the ability to work independently with initiative.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• Familiar with MS Excel; knowledge of accounting software preferred.
• Good math skills; able to spot numerical errors.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including data compilation and bookkeeping.
• Process invoicing, collections, and AR/admin tasks.
• Manage stocktaking and inventory reconciliation.
• Assist with product registration, tenders, audits, and fact checks.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks as requested by Finance Manager.
