Job summary

TRANSPORTATION PARTNERS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accountant/Assistant Accountant to support daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records. The role covers the full spectrum of accounting functions and requires attention to detail in a busy, on-site environment.

Key tasks include month-end closings, general ledger postings, GST submissions, and bank reconciliations, with liaison to external auditors as needed. Diploma holders with 0+ years of experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (MoneyWorks).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proactive attitude, time sensitive with a sense of urgency.
• Experience in handling full set of accounts.
• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy.
• Full on-site role.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full spectrum of accounting functions.
• Perform month end closing activities which include general ledger, posting of journals, balance sheet schedule.
• Prepare GST report submission and bank reconciliation.
• Preparation of audit schedules and liaison with external auditors.
• Involve in ad hoc duties as and when assigned.
