Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Finance professional to support monthly financial reporting, including P/L, balance sheet and cash flow preparation.

The role ensures compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements while assisting audits. You will oversee AP/AR activities and provide audit-ready schedules and documentation. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Accountancy with at least 3 years of accounting experience and strong communication and

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports (P/L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements, and assist audits.
• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities, including processing of invoices, receipts and payments.
• Prepare audit schedules, provide supporting documentation, and respond to audit queries.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Finance Manager and management as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Finance Manager or management to support business operations.

Job Description:

• Support the preparation of monthly financial reports, including the profit and loss statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.


• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements, and company policies, while assisting with both internal and external audits.


• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including the accurate processing of invoices, receipts, and payments.


• Prepare audit schedules, provide supporting documentation, and respond to audit queries in a timely manner.


• Provide administrative and operational support to the Finance Manager and management as required.


• Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Finance Manager or management from time to time to support business operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or any related fields.




• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting.
