Job summary

YES WE BUILD PTE. LTD. is looking for a debt collection coordinator in Singapore to contact customers with overdue payments and document all communications accurately.

You will negotiate repayment plans, maintain orderly records, and work closely with the finance team to update payment statuses while handling inquiries professionally.

Qualifications

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and handle pressure.
• Prior experience in debt collection or customer service is an advantage.
