PERSOL is seeking a Weekend Support Crew to assist merchants with payment terminals across Singapore. The role involves responding to enquiries, assisting with activation and basic troubleshooting, and on-site installation at merchant locations.

The position requires weekend availability, strong communication skills, and the ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers. Travel across Singapore is required, with a long-term commitment and customer-first mindset.

$16 per hour, 10am to 7pm

Requirements

• Able to commit to a long-term weekend arrangement.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently after training.
• Comfortable to carry and install payment terminals when required.
• Basic computer literacy and confidence using mobile applications and digital systems.
