Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a field operations professional to visit merchants on-site in assigned districts, verify QR codes, signage, and terminal functionality for cross-border payment solutions.

You will support merchant activation post-sale, collect usage data, and troubleshoot on-site issues, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in field operations, merchant support, or retail tech enablement.
• Familiarity with QR payment systems, POS terminals, or fintech products is a plus.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage with merchants from diverse backgrounds.
• Comfortable with outdoor/roaming work; able to travel across assigned districts.
