Job summary

Adecco Group in Singapore is seeking an Account Manager to develop industrial automation and electrical connectivity products for target industries. This is a permanent role based in the Central office with standard Monday to Friday hours.

The role drives growth by promoting terminal blocks, relays, power supplies, Industrial Ethernet and related solutions, while building relationships with OEMs, panel builders, system integrators and end users.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering/Automation or technical discipline.
• 3–5 years sales experience in industrial automation/electrical connectivity/sensor/electronics.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by promoting industrial automation and connectivity solutions.
• Identify, develop and expand new business opportunities across target industries.
• Build and strengthen relationships with OEMs, panel builders, system integrators, consultants and end users.
• Deliver technical presentations and solution-based consultations to customers.
• Collaborate closely with distributors and channel partners to drive indirect sales and achieve targets.

The Opportunity:

• Permanent Role
• Office Location: Central
• Work Hours: Mon to Fri
• $4,500 - $5,500 Basic + $900 Transport + AWS + VB (3 months)

The Job:

• Drive business growth by promoting industrial automation and connectivity solutions, including terminal blocks, relays, power supplies, Industrial Ethernet, signal conditioners, and control cabinet solutions.
• Identify, develop, and expand new business opportunities across target industries through market analysis, customer engagement, and competitive intelligence.
• Build and strengthen relationships with OEMs, panel builders, system integrators, consultants, and end users to generate project opportunities and increase market share.
• Deliver technical presentations and solution-based consultations to customers, providing value-driven recommendations that address application requirements.
• Collaborate closely with distributors and channel partners to drive indirect sales, execute go-to-market strategies, and achieve sales targets.
