THE SMILE DIVISION GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a dental surgery assistant who can perform both clinical and front-office duties in a modern, patient-focused dental clinic in Singapore.

The role involves assisting dentists chairside, preparing rooms, sterilizing instruments, handling X-rays and patient records, and welcoming patients with empathy. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of dental/healthcare experience or fresh graduates, knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in dental assisting is required.
• Experience in dental/healthcare is beneficial.
• Strong communication and patient-centered approach required.

Responsibilities

• Chairside assistance for dentists during procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and uphold infection control.
• Assist with dental X-rays and maintain patient records.
• Greet patients, answer queries, and help ease anxiety at the front desk.
• Manage scheduling, billing, and insurance claims at the front desk.
• Maintain stock and support overall clinic operations.

What We Are Looking For

• GCEO/N Level or NITEC/Higher NITEC in Dental Assisting (or equivalent)
• 1-2 years' experience in a dental/healthcare setting (Fresh graduates are welcome!)
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization protocols
• Proficiency in clinic management software
• Strong communication skills and a patient-focused attitude
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends
