Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Conducting project feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaising with auditors, tax agents, bankers and internal project team; preparing staff salaries and leave tabulations; tax filings and statutory submissions (CPF, GST).
• Financial Control & Reporting: Overseeing cash flow, preparing consolidated accounts, monthly performance reporting, and leading full sets of accounts.
• Compliance: Ensuring adherence to tax laws and statutory regulations (GST, CPF, MOM, IRAS, etc).

• Financial Control & Reporting: Overseeing cash flow, preparing consolidated accounts, and conducting monthly performance reporting. Leading full sets of accounts, prepare monthly financial statements and maintaining internal controls to ensure governance.

• Compliance: Ensuring adherence to tax laws (e.g. GST..), statutory regulations (e.g. BCA, CPF, MOM, IRAS etc).
