Job summary

Lion City Rentals Pte Ltd is seeking a driven Sales Executive to join our fast-paced team in Singapore. You will be responsible for meeting monthly targets, acquiring new customers, and promoting our car rental services through Carousell and social channels.

You will build strong customer relationships, handle feedback, and contribute to market growth through proactive outreach and events. A Class 3/3A licence is preferred and a diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales or account management experience.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving licence.
• Target-driven with proven ability to build relationships and deliver service.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and with others.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Bilingual candidates have an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Strive to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Proactively acquire new customers by generating and following up on sales leads to expand the LCR customer base.
• Promote LCR's products and services through Carousell and social media platforms to generate enquires and increase brand awareness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to maximise renewals and retention.
• Handle customers' first-level feedback, and complaints, and provide timely solutions.
• Conduct market and competitor research, and participate in sales activities, roadshows and events as required.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in sales or account management. Experience in the automotive, car rental or leasing industry is an advantage.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 / 3A driving licence.
• Sales-driven with a proven abillity to achieve targets, build customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and organised, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs and Drive).
• Bilingual or multilingual candidates will have an added advantage.
