Job summary

Motorway Group is seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager (Hunter-Farmer) to manage and grow a portfolio of leasing clients in Singapore. You will pursue new business, expand existing accounts, and achieve sales targets while coordinating with operations and aftersales to ensure seamless client experiences.

Bring at least 2 years of sales or account management experience, strong communication, and a results-driven mindset. A valid Class 3 driving license is required to support client visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O/N level or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in sales or account management; automotive experience a plus.
• Proven track record in business development and closing sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized and team oriented.
• Valid Class 3 Singapore driving license.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing customer accounts through upselling, fleet expansion, and value-added lease renewals.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities through referrals, networking, cold calling, and direct prospecting.
• Drive high conversion rates through proactive follow-ups, effective negotiations, and successful deal closures.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring timely collection of payments and minimizing bad debts.
• Collaborate with Operations and Aftersales to ensure prompt vehicle delivery, readiness, and excellent customer experience.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to increase customer value and portfolio growth.

This is a revenue-generating role, not an account maintenance position. You will be responsible for expanding existing accounts, acquiring new business opportunities, and consistently achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing customer accounts through upselling, fleet expansion, and value-added lease renewals.


• Identify and secure new business opportunities through referrals, networking, cold calling, and direct prospecting.


• Drive high conversion rates through proactive follow-ups, effective negotiations, and successful deal closures.


• Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring timely collection of payments and minimizing bad debts.


• Collaborate closely with the Operations and Aftersales teams to ensure prompt vehicle delivery, readiness, and excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE "O" or "N" level or equivalent.


• Minimum 2 years of sales or account management experience; experience in automotive, vehicle leasing, or fleet management is an advantage.


• Proven track record in business development, account growth, and closing sales.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


• Highly organized, meticulous, and able to work well within a team.


• Confident in liaising with individuals across all organizational levels.


• Must hold a valid Class 3 Singapore driving license.
