Job summary

ELEC-PRO TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Account Executive to retain and grow our existing customer base for test, measurement and calibration solutions. You will manage sales, marketing and accounts, secure product distribution and calibration service business, and strengthen customer relationships.

We value 1–2 years in sales, MS Office and SAP proficiency, and a proactive, data-driven approach. Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary is preferred.

Qualifications

• Higher Nitec / Diploma / Degree in any discipline.
• Preferably 1-2 years in sales or marketing.
• Knowledge of Excel and other data management software.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP.
• Comfortable with technology and IT tools.
• Self-starter and result-oriented.
• Problem solver with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales, marketing and account management of test, measurement and calibration solutions.
• Secure product distribution and calibration service business to meet orders targets.
• Develop and maintain an effective network of customers within your focus.
• Ensure customer satisfaction expectations are exceeded.
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers to become their trusted partner.
• Maintain a cheerful attitude while answering inbound calls and addressing needs.
• Provide all necessary data to sales manager for department meetings.
• Engage with other departments e.g. Store & Procurement as needed.
• Work with instrument service and maintenance teams as part of a Solutions Team.
