Job summary

JOB EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Account Executive (JT-1035) to handle AP/AR tasks, manage inventory and GST, and support month-end closing.

You will liaise with internal teams, prepare financial reports, assist audits, arrange business travel, and help streamline finance processes. The role sits in Kaki Bukit with a basic salary up to SGD 4,000 and performance bonus.

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP): process invoices, payments, purchase orders, and supplier reconciliations.
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR): issue invoices, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Manage inventory, shipments, stock records, stock takes, GST, and supplier payments.
• Prepare quarterly GST submissions and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Support month-end and quarter-end closing, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Maintain project cost records for costing, billing, and revenue tracking.
• Assist with financial reports, audits, and accounting documentation.
• Work with internal teams to improve finance processes and controls.
• Arrange business travel, including flights, hotels, and visas.
• Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned.
