Job summary

JOB EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an Account Executive to handle the full accounting cycle, including AR/AP, journals, and GL, from its Tuas office. You will manage cash book activities, supplier payments, and staff salaries, and perform reconciliations and monthly reporting.

The role also involves GST submissions, audit liaison, and providing schedules and documentation for audits and regulators. Working hours are Mon to Fri, 8am to 5pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling full set of accounts including AR, AP and GL.
• Proficiency in monthly bank and intercompany reconciliations.
• Ability to prepare financial reports and GST submissions.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including AR, AP, journals, and general ledger.
• Manage cash book, receipts and payments, including supplier payments and staff salaries.
• Perform monthly bank and intercompany reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports, including profitability and variance analysis.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns.
• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents; liaise with auditors, tax agents and company secretary.
