Job summary

SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Executive – Financial Reporting & Operations to support day-to-day finance functions and ensure accurate accounting records.

You will handle month-end closings, AP/AR processing, banking documentation, and reporting for key customers while guiding junior staff.

The role offers a permanent position in Loyang with a basic salary up to SGD 4,000 plus performance bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant Accounts Executive experience.
• Good knowledge of reconciliations, accounting entries and month-end closing.
• Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end closing and maintain accurate financial records.
• Process sales, purchases, AP, AR, inventory, accruals and prepayments.
• Reconcile customer and supplier balances.
• Prepare banking documentation and maintain accurate accounting entries.
• Generate cash flow, invoice, project expense, debtor/creditor and purchase reports.
• Support reporting for key customers.
• Guide new finance team members and ensure compliance with SOPs.
