Job summary

JE HUMAN RESOURCES PTE. LTD. on behalf of our client, an engineering service provider, is seeking an Account Executive (AR) to support accounts receivable activities for construction projects and ERP workflows, including Saga300.

This role focuses on accurate financial reporting and timely invoicing. Key duties include updating sales information, registering payments, following up on outstanding receivables, invoicing local projects and service work, performing monthly reconciliations, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or finance.
• Knowledge of construction billings is advantageous.
• Experience with ERP systems and accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Update all sales related information in the system.
• Register and apply payments; follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Invoicing for local projects, export sales, service and maintenance.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of accounts receivable.
• Assist with local regulatory reporting and other finance duties.
• As needed, provide backup support to the Finance Manager.
