Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Account Executives with a strong technical background in AI-driven solutions to drive revenue growth and build enduring client relationships. You will collaborate with the Salesforce Sales team, articulate how Agentforce and Data 360 integrate with the wider product stack, and lead discovery to map client needs to scalable cloud-based solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise and commercial B2B sales.
• Deep understanding of AI and ML concepts.
• Strong knowledge of data landscapes (CDPs, Data Lakes).
• Experience with AI-driven customer engagement solutions.
• Able to map client needs to Salesforce platform and Agentforce.
• Strong technical selling skills to explain AI to non-technical clients.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery).

Responsibilities

• Identify and position Agentforce/Data 360 opportunities.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Sales team to grow opportunities across accounts.
• Explain Salesforce product stack to tailor solutions for client needs.
• Lead technical discovery to demonstrate impact at scale.
• Source and qualify opportunities that fit our ICP.
• Conduct discovery to map client needs to Salesforce offerings.
• Craft POVs showing tangible value across stakeholders.
• Work cross-functionally as One Salesforce throughout the sales process.
