Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Account Executives with a strong technical background and expertise in AI-driven solutions to drive revenue growth and build enduring client relationships. You will leverage Agentforce and Data 360 to craft customer engagement strategies and demonstrate how Salesforce products fit into client architectures.

The role requires deep AI/ML knowledge, experience in selling complex technology solutions, and the ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise and commercial B2B sales within the context of highly technical sales.
• Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, understanding of the agent platform, how to configure and set up agents, hook them into existing flows, automation, API connection, etc.
• You will have a deep, thorough understanding of the data landscape - including leading CDPs and Datalakes.
• Experience with AI-driven customer engagement solutions and the Salesforce platform (i.e. Sales, Services, Marketing, Data Cloud)
• Sophisticated intuition for business and able to conduct technical in-depth discovery mapping aligning clients needs to Salesforce’s platform and Agentforce capabilities
• Strong technical selling skills including the ability to explain AI models and solutions to non-technical clients and how AI capabilities translate to business outcomes
• Expertise in modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery)
• A proven track record of surpassing sales targets within a technical sales environment
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with extensive background in technology sales

Responsibilities

• Identify and position Agentforce and Data 360 opportunities with potential customers using AI modeling and sales knowledge
• Collaborate with Salesforce Sales team to drive growth at current and new customers
• Articulate Salesforce Product stack to deliver tailored solutions within client architectures
• Conduct comprehensive technical discovery to analyze business problems and demonstrate scaling impact
• Source and qualify opportunities that fit the ideal customer profile
• Lead discovery conversations to uncover critical business needs and map them to Agentforce/Data 360 solutions
• Present POVs highlighting value across technical and business partners
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience throughout the sales process
