Job summary

AVA GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounts / Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations, including invoicing, payments, and cash flow planning. The role requires independent work under tight schedules with attention to accuracy.

Key responsibilities include bank balance monitoring, vendor payments, and intercompany transactions, plus bilingual communication in English and Mandarin. Immediate availability is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy with good accounting knowledge.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in construction industry and full-set accounts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily bank balances to maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate billing of sales invoices and follow up on payments.
• Handle intercompany transactions and cash flow projections.
• Review and post invoices into the accounting system accurately.
• Process vendor payments and adhere to financial controls.
• Serve as bilingual liaison for English and Mandarin queries.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job description

Position: Accounts / Finance Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and update daily bank balances to maintain accurate financial records.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely billing of sales invoices, follow-up on payments, and support intercompany transactions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all bank-related matters, including account inquiries, transactions, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain cash flow projections to support financial planning and decision-making.
• Review, verify, and post invoices into the accounting system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Initiate and process payments to vendors and suppliers via online banking, adhering to payment schedules and financial controls.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
• Handle queries, requests, and concerns from Chinese-speaking associates (bilingual in English & Mandarin required).
• Immediate availability is an advantage.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision under tight schedules.
