EDUCARE HUMAN CAPITAL PRIVATE LIMITED seeks an Accounts Executive to manage full set of accounts for our facilities management projects across multiple sites. You will handle AP, AR, GL, costing, and vendor payouts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Accounts Executive to oversee the full spectrum of financial and accounting operations for our facilities management portfolio. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the full set of accounts, ensuring accurate project costing across different sites, managing subcontractor payouts, and maintaining strict compliance with local statutory requirements.
Full Set of Accounts: Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) to ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
Month-End & Year-End Closing: Execute timely monthly and annual financial closing processes, including bank reconciliations, fixed asset schedules, and inter-company billing.
Site & Project Costing: Track budgets, operating expenses, and maintenance costs across multiple facility management sites and long-term service contracts.
Vendor & Subcontractor Payouts: Process vendor payments, reconcile supplier statements, and manage progress claims and retention sums for facilities contractors.
Tax & Statutory Compliance: Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns. Assist in preparing schedules for annual corporate tax filings and statutory audits.
Financial Reporting: Generate monthly management reports, variance analysis, and cash flow projections for management review.
Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with external auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretaries to ensure full compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
Education: Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, ACCA, or a related professional qualification.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, strictly handling a full set of accounts.
Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in Facilities Management, Property Management, or Construction is highly advantageous due to familiarity with project costing and contractor claims.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and hands-on experience with accounting ERP software (e.g., Xero, SAP, MYOB, or QuickBooks).
Attributes: Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple site accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
