Job summary

Fuku in Singapore is seeking an Account Assistant to handle the full spectrum of accounting operations, including A/R and A/P for suppliers and customers. You will perform journal entries, manage month-end close, bank reconciliations, and produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

The role also includes payroll processing and supporting ad-hoc finance tasks. A minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience and strong attention to detail are required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of accounting operations, including A/R and A/P for suppliers and customers.
• Perform general journal entries and manage month-end closing processes.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in a timely manner.
• Process employee payroll, including final salary payments for resigned staff.
• Assist with ad-hoc finance-related tasks and administrative duties as required.
