Job summary

AIM RECRUIT CONSULTANCY PTE. LIMITED is seeking an Accounts Assistant to support daily accounting tasks at our Joo Koon location. You will handle data entry, bookkeeping, AR, and basic payments while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires a Diploma / LCCI in Accounting with 1-2 years of relevant experience. This position offers exposure to ERP projects and finance tasks in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma / LCCI in Accounting with 1-2 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform accounting entries and maintain accurate records in the accounting system.
• Handle bookkeeping, data entry & accounts receivable including collection and follow-up payments.
• Prepare payments via internet banking and perform bank reconciliations.
• Preparing debtor & creditor ageing reports, and documentation of invoices, payment records etc.
• Support project in new ERP system and administrative support to the Finance team.
