LHT Employment Mgt in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Clerk to handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including recording sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries into the accounting system.

You will support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, maintain filing systems, and assist with monthly closes and audits, while responding to queries from vendors, customers, and internal teams.

Attention to detail, accuracy, and timely communication are essential in this role.

• Record daily financial transactions: sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Verify vendor invoices, match purchase orders, process payments, and track vendor balances.
• Generate customer invoices, track incoming payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Maintain physical and digital filing systems for receipts, invoices, statements, and financial reports.
• Assist with monthly closes and audits by pulling documentation.

• Transaction Entry:Record daily financial transactions, including sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries into the accounting system.
• Accounts Payable (AP):Verify vendor invoices, match purchase orders, process payments, and track outstanding vendor balances.
• Accounts Receivable (AR):Generate customer invoices, track incoming payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Record Keeping:Maintain physical and digital filing systems for receipts, invoices, statements, and financial reports.
• Audit & Reporting Support:Pull documentation and assist staff or auditors during monthly closes and financial audits.
• Customer & Vendor Support:Answer inquiries from vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding billing or payment status.
