Avensys Consulting is seeking an ACBS SME to support a core banking transformation program for a client based in the Philippines. You will own the commercial lending product stream (ACBS), driving requirement analysis and To-Be solution design for loan origination, servicing, disbursement, and repayment.

This is a core banking implementation role requiring hands-on experience across the full lifecycle, including working with product vendors to finalize the To-Be system design.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ACBS implementation in core banking transformations.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lending origination, servicing, disbursement and repayment.
• Experience defining lending interfaces with GL and accounting systems.
• 10+ years IT experience in core banking transformation projects.
• Ability to drive solutioning, documentation, and approvals hands-on.

Responsabilités

• Prepare Interface Specs and drive sign-off with involved teams.
• Support MQ, REST/SOAP API interfaces and file-based integrations.
• Assist SIT/UAT, triage defects, and coordinate cutover and hypercare activities.
• Support data mapping, migration validation and reconciliation activities.

Job Description:

Role Summary :

Role Purpose

We are looking for an ACBS SME to support a core banking transformation program for a client based in the Philippines. The SME will own the commercial lending product stream (ACBS), driving requirement analysis and To-Be solution design for loan origination, servicing, disbursement, and repayment.

This is a core banking implementation role. The candidate must have hands-on, end-to-end experience delivering core banking transformation programs (not advisory-only exposure), and must be comfortable working directly with product vendors to challenge, validate, and finalize the To-Be system design.

Key Responsibilities

MULTIVENDOR, MULTI-COUNTRY TEAM

• Analyze lending requirements and support solution design for loan origination, servicing, disbursement, and repayment processes on ACBS.
• Support integration design between ACBS and upstream/downstream systems, including GL posting and reconciliation, and payment/disbursement rails.
• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for the product/module during requirement analysis, solution design, build, testing, and cutover phases of the core banking implementation.
• Engage directly with product vendors to clarify product capability, configuration options, gaps, and constraints, and drive decisions on the To-Be system design.
• Lead and/or contribute to workshops with business stakeholders, interface teams, the Solution Architecture team, and platform vendors to gather and validate requirements.
• Prepare and own Interface Specification Documents (ISDs)/functional and technical design documents, and drive review sign-off with upstream and downstream teams.
• Support solution design for integrating the platform with upstream and downstream applications via MQ, REST/SOAP APIs, and file-based interfaces.
• Support SIT/UAT test planning and execution, triage integration defects, and drive resolution with the vendor and delivery teams.
• Support data mapping, migration validation, and reconciliation activities relevant to the module.
• Support cutover planning and hypercare activities through go-live.
• Manage stakeholders across business, technology, and vendor teams, and escalated risks/issues proactively.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Hands-on ACBS (Advanced Commercial Banking System) implementation experience within a core banking transformation program.
• Strong functional knowledge of commercial lending lifecycle: origination, servicing, disbursement, and repayment.
• Experience defining lending interfaces with GL and accounting/reconciliation systems.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience, with substantial hands‑on experience in core banking transformation/implementation programs.
• Proven experience working as an individual contributor who can independently drive solutioning, documentation, and approvals, this is a hands‑on role, not a purely supervisory one.
• Strong stakeholder management skills; able to work with business teams, interface/platform teams, and Solution Architecture teams.
• Experience preparing and obtaining sign-off on Interface Specification Documents (ISDs) and integration design artifacts.
