Job summary

Avensys Consulting is seeking an ACBS SME to support a core banking transformation program for a client based in the Philippines. You will own the commercial lending product stream (ACBS), driving requirement analysis and To-Be solution design for loan origination, servicing, disbursement, and repayment.

This is a core banking implementation role requiring hands-on experience across the full lifecycle, including working with product vendors to finalize the To-Be system design.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ACBS implementation in core banking transformations.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lending origination, servicing, disbursement and repayment.
• Experience defining lending interfaces with GL and accounting systems.
• 10+ years IT experience in core banking transformation projects.
• Ability to drive solutioning, documentation, and approvals hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Analyze lending requirements and support design for origination, servicing and disbursement.
• Design integration between ACBS and upstream/downstream systems, including GL posting.
• Act as SME during requirement analysis, build, testing and cutover phases.
• Collaborate with vendors to clarify capabilities and drive To-Be design decisions.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders, interface teams, and platform vendors.
• Prepare Interface Specs and drive sign-off with involved teams.
• Support MQ, REST/SOAP API interfaces and file-based integrations.
• Assist SIT/UAT, triage defects, and coordinate cutover and hypercare activities.
• Support data mapping, migration validation and reconciliation activities.
