Nokia Solutions and Networks Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead account-based marketing and regional activation, collaborating with sales, content, and technical teams to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.

You will partner with regional leaders to tailor global narratives for local markets, drive in-field programs and events, and develop data-driven marketing assets that demonstrate technology leadership and customer value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience.
• Experience translating sales objectives into marketing activation.
• Proven track record of designing programs to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
• Strong technology acumen for complex network solutions.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Curiosity to apply AI in daily marketing activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to tailor global narratives regionally.

Responsabilités

• Optimize and execute account-based marketing strategies to deliver personalized in-person and digital experiences that drive engagement and revenue growth.
• Develop customer advocacy assets with customers and content teams to showcase technology leadership.
• Foster partnerships with regional sales leadership to align priorities, goals, and joint plans.
• Engage with customers and buyers to support co-marketing opportunities and extend reach of sales teams.
• Lead regional activation programs and collaborate with Physical Channels on Tier 1 events.
• Coordinate and deliver annual Global Sales Kick-off and regional variations (in-person/virtual).
• Provide regional content alignment with corporate comms and ensure relevance.
• Support Executive Review Meetings with top customers through agenda input and tailored content.
• Work with technical teams to generate region-specific content, e.g., research on mobile broadband adoption.
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing on demand-gen activities, summits, and co-marketing collateral.
• Qualify opportunities using sales criteria and track pipeline impact with Operations.
