Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Team Manager (Camps) to oversee military camp projects across Singapore.

You will lead project planning, execution, and delivery within timelines and budgets, coordinating with the PMO and stakeholders to meet milestones. Applicants should have a Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering, with preferably 5 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of ELV, automation, networking and security systems is a plus; own vehicle is required

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field.
• Preferably 5 years’ relevant work experience.
• Basic knowledge of ELV, Automation, Networking and Security Systems (CCTV, Card Access, Alarm System) is an advantage.
• Candidates from the same industry will be highly preferred.
• Must have own vehicle due to accessibility of work site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and complete Manage Service Projects according to timeline and cost constraints.
• Lead and direct projects to align with objectives.
• Engage with stakeholders to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Serve as the client contact to manage escalations and satisfaction.
• Ensure the project remains within budget and delivers as-sold solutions on time and with quality.
• Coordinate project team activities through delegation and resource assignment.
• Ensure proper project documentation is maintained.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.

Job description

Project Team Manager (Camps)

• Salary: Up to $5800
• Location: Military camps across Singapore; HQ office at Outram
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-6pm; after working hours depending on project schedule

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure Manage Service Project planning, executions and completion according to the timeline, cost given by the PMO and Lead
• Lead and direct projects and ensure they are directed towards a common objective
• Engage and communicate with stakeholders to deliver project milestones and comply with strict deadlines
• Ensure client satisfaction and manage escalations, acting as point of contact to the client
• Ensure that the project delivers as-sold solution, remains within the baseline budget and is delivered on time whilst maintaining quality criteria and client satisfaction
• Coordinate activities of the project teams through task delegation, resource assignment and programme management
• Ensure proper documentation is in order
• Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field
