Job summary

The supreme hr advisory pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks a Project Team Manager (Camps) to oversee ELV/automation projects across military sites, with the HQ in Outram.

You will manage planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring milestones, budget, and quality are met while coordinating multiple teams on site. Requires a Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering and about 5 years of relevant experience, with basic knowledge of ELV, CCTV and security systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field.
• Preferably 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Basic knowledge of ELV, Automation, Networking, CCTV, card access and alarm systems.
• Candidates from the same industry are highly preferred.
• Must have own vehicle to access work sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and complete projects per timeline and budget.
• Lead and direct projects toward common objectives.
• Engage stakeholders to deliver milestones on strict deadlines.
• Ensure client satisfaction and manage escalations as contact to client.
• Deliver the as-sold solution within baseline budget and quality criteria.
• Coordinate project teams through task delegation and resource allocation.
• Ensure proper documentation is maintained.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job description

Project Team Manager (Camps)

• Salary: Up to $5800
• Location:Military camps across Singapore; HQ office at Outram
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-6pm; after working hours depending on project schedule

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure Manage Service Project planning, executions and completion according to the timeline, cost given by the PMO and Lead
• Lead and direct projects and ensure they are directed towards a common objective
• Engage and communicate with stakeholders to deliver project milestones and comply with strict deadlines
• Ensure client satisfaction and manage escalations, acting aspoint of contact to the client
• Ensure that the project delivers as-sold solution, remains within the baseline budget and is delivered on time whilst maintaining quality criteria and client satisfaction
• Coordinate activities of the project teams through task delegation, resource assignment and programme management
• Ensure proper documentation is in order
• Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field
• Preferably with 5 years’ relevant work experience
• Basic technical knowledge on ELV, Automation, Networking and Security Systems (CCTV, Card Access, Alarm System) will be an advantage
• Candidates from the same industry will be highly preferred
• Must have own vehicle due to accessibility of work site
