Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Business Manager - Telco Account Manager to build and manage relationships with Telco Business Managers and support sales engagements, opportunities and account development.

You will collaborate on joint customer meetings, align with Telco product offerings and participate in planning events. Salary ranges from 3,000 to 4,000 SGD per month plus tier commission on KPI; transport account is provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Sales / Marketing / IT required or preferred.
• Experience in account management, sales support and/or business development (telecommunications or ICT preferred).
• Good understanding of technology business solutions (connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity, UC, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Build, Manage and Develop strong relationships with Telco Business Managers.
• Support sales engagements, opportunities and account development.
• Foster closer collaboration to improve communication and overall business experience.
• Support joint customer meetings, presentations and solution discussions as required.
• Ensure alignment with Telco product offerings, promotions and strategic initiatives.
• Participate in internal briefings, training sessions and business planning events.

Business Manager - Telco Account Manager

Salary: $ 3000 - $ 4000 + Tier commission payable upon KPI achievable + Transport account provided

Address: Tiong Bahru

Working Hours: Monday - Friday / 8.45am to 6pm

Alternate Saturday / 8.45am to 1.15pm

Key Responsibilities

• Build, Manage and Develop a strong working relationships with the respective Telco Business Managers.
• Key point person to support the Telco Business Managers in sales engagements, opportunities and account development.
• Foster a closer collaboration to improve communication, responsiveness, and overall business experience with the Telco Business Managers.
• Support joint customer meetings, presentations and solution discussions as required.
• Ensure working alignment with Telco's product offerings, promotions and strategic initiatives.
• Participate in internal briefings, training sessions and business planning activities and events

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Sales / Marketing / IT.
• Experience in account management, sales support and / or business development (preferably in telecommunications or ICT).
• Good understanding of Technology business solutions (connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity, UC, etc.).
