Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Project Team Manager (Camps) to oversee service projects across Singapore's military sites with the HQ in Outram. Plan, execute and close projects within timelines and budgets.

Applicants should hold a Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering (or related field) with around 5 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of ELV, automation, networking and security systems is advantageous; own vehicle required for site access.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge on ELV, Automation, Networking and Security Systems (CCTV, Card Access, Alarm System) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage service project planning, executions and completion within timelines and budgets.
• Lead and direct projects towards common objectives.
• Engage with stakeholders to deliver milestones and meet deadlines.
• Ensure client satisfaction and act as main point of contact for the client.
• Deliver projects within scope, budget and quality criteria as sold.
• Coordinate project teams through task delegation and resource management.
• Maintain proper project documentation.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job description

Project Team Manager (Camps)

• Salary: Up to $5800

• Location: Military camps across Singapore; HQ office at Outram

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-6pm; after working hours depending on project schedule

• Minimum Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field

• Preferably with 5 years’ relevant work experience

• Basic technical knowledge on ELV, Automation, Networking and Security Systems (CCTV, Card Access, Alarm System) will be an advantage

• Candidates from the same industry will be highly preferred

• Must have own vehicle due to accessibility of work site

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure Manage Service Project planning, executions and completion according to the timeline, cost given by the PMO and Lead

• Lead and direct projects and ensure they are directed towards a common objective

• Engage and communicate with stakeholders to deliver project milestones and comply with strict deadlines

• Ensure client satisfaction and manage escalations, acting as point of contact to the client

• Ensure that the project delivers as-sold solution, remains within the baseline budget and is delivered on time whilst maintaining quality criteria and client satisfaction

• Coordinate activities of the project teams through task delegation, resource assignment and programme management

• Ensure proper documentation is in order

• Any other duties as assigned
