Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,000 Monthly Basic Salary + 1-Month AWS + 14 Days’ Annual Leave + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily purchasing activities and ensure timely processing of purchase requests and orders.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders accurately.
Follow up with suppliers on order confirmations, deliveries, back orders and outstanding items.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure requested items meet required specifications and delivery timelines.
Maintain accurate purchasing records including quotations, POs, delivery documents, invoices and supplier information.
Coordinate with Warehouse/Inventory teams to verify deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
Follow up on incorrect, damaged, short or delayed deliveries.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of regularly purchased items.
Coordinate with Finance/Accounts Payable on invoices, POs and receiving documents to support timely payment.
Prepare purchasing reports and provide updates on outstanding orders, spending and supplier performance.
Perform other related purchasing duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or a related discipline.
At least two years of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain or a related role.
Hands-on experience preparing and processing Purchase Orders.
Good supplier follow-up and coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central would be advantageous.
Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
