Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. seeks an Operator to join the manufacturing team at Pioneer. You will follow work instructions, operate equipment, read schematics, and help ensure products meet quality standards.

This role offers a base salary of SGD 1,900 per month plus incentives, transportation allowance, AWS 13th salary, a quarterly bonus of 15% of annual pay, and a sign-on bonus of SGD 3,000 paid over 12 months.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in manufacturing industry.
• Basic understanding of data analysis; ability to demonstrate knowledge with computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions.
• Operate equipment/tools/machinery to prepare and assemble product.
• Read print schematics and requests.
• Ensure products meet all quality standards.
• Test and inspect products per procedure.
• Keep area and equipment clean and organized.
• Check and fill out necessary reports, manufacturing orders, scrap, production times, rejects, etc.
• Work under direct supervision on standardized duties and tasks using established procedures.

Working Hours : 8am - 5pm
Basic Salary: $ 1,900 + Monthly Incentive Allowance: $ 90 + Transportation Allowance: $ 80 + AWS 13th Salary + Quarterly Bonus 15% of Annual Salary + Sign on bonus $ 3k (Paid at $ 250 per month over 12 months)
