Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring an operator for our manufacturing team in Singapore. You will follow instructions, operate machinery to prepare and assemble products, and ensure quality standards are met.

Ideal candidates have manufacturing experience and basic data analysis skills. The role is on-site in Pioneer, with standard 5-day weeks, 8am to 5pm hours, and a salary package including incentives and allowances.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions.
• Operate equipment/tools/machinery to prepare and assemble product.
• Read print schematics and requests.
• Ensure products meet quality standards.
• Test and inspect products per procedure.
• Keep area and equipment clean and organized.
• Fill out reports, manufacturing orders, scrap, production times, rejects, etc.
• Work under direct supervision on standardized duties using established procedures.

Working Hours : 8am - 5pm
Basic Salary: $ 1,900 + Monthly Incentive Allowance: $ 90 + Transportation Allowance: $ 80 + AWS 13th Salary + Quarterly Bonus 15% of Annual Salary + Sign on bonus $ 3k (Paid at $ 250 per month over 12 months)
