Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Omakase Sushi Chef in Singapore to prepare and serve sushi, sashimi, handrolls, and omakase courses to the highest standards.

You will work 5/6 days per week with 44–55 hours and overtime pay, at City Hall / Marine Parade. Salary ranges from SGD 3,500 to SGD 4,500 per month, depending on experience and performance.

• With relevant working experience, preferably in a fine dining or omakase setting.

• Engage with guests warmly during service, explaining dishes and enhancing their dining experience.
• Collaborate with the head chef and culinary team to innovate and uphold standards.
