Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our fine dining roster.

You will prepare sushi, sashimi, handrolls and omakase courses to exacting standards, using pristine ingredients and traditional techniques. You’ll collaborate with the culinary team to maintain presentation, freshness and safety across all service periods. Ideal candidates have proven sushi chef experience in fine dining or omakase settings, deep knowledge of Japanese ingredients, and expert knife

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Sushi Chef, preferably in a fine dining or omakase setting.
• Deep knowledge of Japanese ingredients, fish handling, knife skills, and traditional techniques.

• Prepare and serve sushi, sashimi, handrolls, and omakase courses to the highest standards.
• Ensure freshness, quality, and presentation of all ingredients.
• Manage preparation, portioning, and storage according to best practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
• Engage with guests warmly during service, explaining dishes and enhancing their dining experience.
• Collaborate with the head chef and culinary team to innovate and uphold standards.

Salary: $3500 - $4500
Working Days: 5/6 Days
Working Hours: 44 - 55 hrs a week (with overtime pay)
Working Location: Islandwide
