Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to handle end-to-end processing of vendor invoices, payments and staff claims at our Ubi office in Singapore.

You will manage monthly AP reconciliations, assist with year-end closing, support audits, and collaborate with procurement and site teams to clear outstanding purchase orders. The role is on-site, five days a week, with a monthly basic salary around SGD 4,200.

• Manage monthly AP reconciliations, resolve payment issues, and support month-end closing activities.
• Collaborate with Procurement and site teams to clear outstanding purchase orders.
• Assist with yearly audits, prepare audit schedules, and participate in UAT testing.
• Monitor auto-posting failures, implement improvements, and take on additional finance tasks when required.
