Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Operations Assistant for a 7-month contract in Singapore. You will handle sales inquiries, generate leads, prepare quotations, and support order processing and delivery coordination to ensure timely customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include monitoring stock, expediting deliveries with factories and suppliers, and following up on payments before goods release. Strong Excel and MS Office skills and good administrative abilities are required.

Qualifications

• Good administrative skills

Responsibilities

• Handle sales enquiries through phone or email and generate leads
• Create and amend quotations as per salesperson and customer requirements
• Process sales orders and support the sales team with general operations
• Monitor goods readiness for orders and expedite with factory/suppliers for delivery schedules
• Maintain stock levels and request Material Requisition for purchasers
• Process proforma invoices and create delivery orders
• Follow up payments from customers before releasing goods
• Process delivery orders from Commercial Invoice and forward to finance for billing
• Coordinate with warehouse/service for customer deliveries, installation, and collection arrangements
• Update customers on order status and delivery schedules
