Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd invites a dedicated logistics professional for a 6-month assignment at Marina Square. The role runs Mon-Fri, 9am-5:30pm, with a salary up to SGD 3,800 per month. You will coordinate inter-company orders, liaise with Sales/CS teams, and manage import/export docs while partnering with 3PLs to ensure timely deliveries.

Requirements include a Diploma or Degree with 3 years in supply chain/logistics and proficiency in Oracle/Salesforce and MS Excel. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree with 3 years of strong supply chain & logistics or related experience.
• Proficiency in ERP & CRM Systems (Oracle, Salesforce) and MS Excel.
• Able to work 9am-5:30pm Mon-Fri.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inter-company orders and monitor backlogs to ensure timely deliveries.
• Liaise with Sales and Customer Service to resolve order fulfilment issues.
• Prepare and maintain import/export documentation per regulations.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with 3PL providers.
• Identify logistics improvements to optimise costs.
• Perform weekly/monthly inventory reconciliation.
• Manage order-to-cash processes and maintain accurate records.
• Provide sales and administrative support, including forecasts and delivery reports.
