Job summary

TALENT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to understand customer flooring needs, recommend products, and explain features and benefits. The role focuses on building relationships and driving sales in a fast-paced environment.

You will prepare quotations and proposals, coordinate with installation teams, arrange delivery schedules, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. A minimum of 2 years in sales is required, with a Marketing/Business degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience in flooring industry advantageous.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
