Job summary

SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore invites a Sales Executive to drive new business and nurture key client relationships in the furniture sector. Based in Changi, you will respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, present solutions, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure order fulfilment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline would be advantageous.
• Prior experience in furniture, interior furnishing, building materials or related sales would be advantageous.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and interest in sales are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, organised and customer-oriented.
• Comfortable working towards individual sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business and partnership opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Respond promptly to client enquiries and prepare accurate quotations, material samples and product brochures.
• Conduct presentations to prospective clients on products, solutions and company capabilities.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable furniture and interior furnishing solutions.
• Follow up on quotations, proposals and sales opportunities through to closure.
• Promote the company's products and solutions to strengthen market presence and brand awareness.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support order fulfilment and customer requirements where necessary.
