The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Support professional in Singapore to provide administrative support to the sales team, handle urgent calls and emails, and process orders with sales reps. The role requires at least 2 years in sales support or customer service, with accuracy in updating revenue data and preparing quotations.

Salary is SGD 2,700 plus AWS and variable bonus, with company transport available. Working hours are standard, five days a week, located at Gul Crescent.

Qualificações

Experience handling Sales Order and Delivery Order.
At least 2 years of sales support or customer service experience.

Responsabilidades

Provide administrative support to the sales department.
Handle urgent calls, emails and messages.
Process incoming orders with sales representatives.
Update commercial team sales revenue from accounts data.
Follow up with key customers on after-sales matters.
Prepare quotations for clients.
