Job summary

Qualifications

GCE O Level or NITEC qualification required.
Prefer 2 years of marine industry experience.
Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and bilingual.

Responsibilities

Provide 24/7 operational support from the control room to oversee vessel movements and operations.
Monitor real-time vessel positions, routes, and schedules using monitoring systems.
Maximize resources by ensuring tugboats are promptly deployed according to schedules and job requirements, coordinating with stakeholders.
Maintain clear communication channels for smooth tugboat operations and address issues promptly.
Identify and resolve operational issues related to tugboat deployment with teams to implement solutions.
Maintain accurate records of tugboat schedules and operational activities.
Respond promptly to emergencies by adjusting plans and deployments and providing necessary assistance.
Carry out any other tasks reasonably requested by Management.
