Job summary

Epergne Solutions is seeking a Patching Coordinator to oversee patching and vulnerability management across IT infrastructure and data centers in Singapore. The role requires coordinating patch cycles, monitoring deployments, and ensuring compliance with security standards.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience, hands-on with BigFix/SCCM/Netbot, and familiarity with ITIL change management. The position involves rotating shifts and collaboration with global IT teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in patch management and vulnerability reporting.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and security principles.
• Hands-on with patch management tools (BigFix, SCCM, Netbot).
• Familiarity with ITIL and change management processes.
• Strong coordination and troubleshooting abilities.
• Able to work in 24/7 shifts, including weekends.
• Detail-oriented to ensure accurate patching.

Responsibilities

• Perform patching using tools such as BigFix, SCCM, Netbot, following SOPs.
• Monitor patch deployments and ensure successful completion.
• Track patch management metrics and prepare compliance reports.
• Perform daily checks on patching tools and report issues.
• Escalate major patching and vulnerability issues to L2/L3 teams.
• Raise change requests and follow ITIL/change management procedures.
• Coordinate patch schedules with application and business owners.
• Collaborate with global IT teams for patching operations.
