Job summary

EXASOFT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Systems Platform Engineer to manage patching and vulnerability management across data centre Infra environments. You will use tools like BigFix, SCCM, and NetBot to apply patches, monitor progress, and report on compliance.

The role requires shift work, including weekends, and close collaboration with IT teams and business owners. You will participate in change control and ITIL processes to ensure smooth patch execution and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of patch and vulnerability management, with reporting.
• Understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and security.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends, as part of a team.
• Customer-focused and able to build rapport with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform patching using tools (BigFix, SCCM, NetBot) or other tools with SOP-based approach.
• Monitor patching to ensure completion and produce compliance reports.
• Participate in daily checks on tools and log issues.
• Escalate major patching and vulnerability issues to L2/L3 teams.
• Raise changes for patch implementation and adhere to Change Control and ITIL standards.
• Communicate patch schedule with Apps/Business Owners.
• Work shifts as part of 24x7 operating model.
• Carry out other tasks as reasonably requested.
