Job summary

R Systems is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure professional in Singapore. The role focuses on Open Systems administration across Windows/Linux, middleware patching, and rigorous change governance to ensure 24x7 operational readiness.

Responsibilities include coordinating production changes across infrastructure, middleware, and application teams, maintaining patch windows, and ensuring post-patch validation.

Qualifications

• Open Systems and middleware administration/patching knowledge.
• Experience coordinating production changes across infrastructure, middleware and application teams.
• CRQ/change processes, VRA/exception handling, rollback and post-patch validation.
• Comfortable supporting rostered overnight, weekend and public-holiday activities when patch windows require.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder follow-up, issue triage and escalation discipline.
• ITIL certification or equivalent service-management experience is preferred.
• SOP, RACI, control gates, evidence closure and 24x7 operational readiness.
