Job summary

NXERA SG PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced 24x7 DC Operations professional to manage incidents, coordinate maintenance, and support customer requests for reliable DC infrastructure. You will handle remote hands tasks, asset tagging, and shift coverage to ensure continuous service.

The role requires a Diploma in a technical field with at least 5 years in 24x7 DC operations, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills. Collaboration with vendors and internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

Diploma or equivalent technical education in a relevant field.
5+ years of experience managing 24x7 data center operations.
Knowledge of DC infrastructure, electrical and mechanical systems, fire detection and BMS.

Responsibilities

Respond to and manage incidents promptly; escalate by priority and SLA.
Lead Business Continuity Planning exercises and be first responder.
Fulfill customer requests and manage systems like Electronic Visitation Management System.
Provide remote hands support: media management, device reboots, testing of cables.
Manage equipment movement, tagging, labeling, and inventory.
Perform shift duties to sustain 24x7 DC operations.
Monitor UPS, power, temperature, humidity, and water sensors.
Ensure functioning EMS and Access Control Systems; update DC docs.
Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and ensure SOP/MOP/ERP adherence.
Handle incident closures with Root Cause Analysis and change requests.
