Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Data Centre Facilities Manager to monitor and maintain critical infrastructure in Singapore.

You will manage 24x7 support, respond to alarms, and coordinate with landlords for preventive maintenance while ensuring safety compliance and security. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and prior data centre operations experience in financial institutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in data centre facility management, including critical infrastructure.
• Experience in high-pressured 24x7 on-call environments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical and fire suppression systems.
• Knowledge of structured cabling and rack-and-stack is a plus.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based incident, problem and change management.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior data centre operations experience in financial institutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain data centre infrastructure (power, HVAC, fire suppression, cabling).
• Coordinate with landlord for preventive maintenance and schedules.
• Respond to alarms, troubleshoot, and resolve issues promptly.
• Liaise with landlord to address infrastructure issues and safety compliance.
• Support off-office hours including on-call duties and vendor coordination.
• Ensure adherence to data centre security procedures.
• Follow incident response procedures and track incidents to closure.
• Generate monthly performance reports, incident summaries, and status updates.
