Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd. is seeking a candidate for a 1-year contract providing 24 x 7 support for the data center. The role involves ensuring network infrastructure functions efficiently while working a 12-hour rotating shift, including weekends and public holidays.

Good knowledge of network security and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Provide 24 x 7 support for the data center on a 12-hour rotating shift.
Ensure that the network infrastructure is up and running.
Maintain all administrative and technical network controls.
Configure all network security policies.
Generate relevant administrative records and reports.
Review system logs of the data center network daily to detect any security breaches.
Troubleshoot network problems.
Implement change requests and service requests.
