Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. invites applications for a 12-month full-time contract in Singapore to support a policy unit with survey administration, data management, analysis, and reporting.

The role involves designing surveys, cleaning data, producing insights, and creating dashboards to track performance. 9am–6pm Monday to Thursday, 9am–5:30pm Friday; location: Tanjong Pagar. Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and good numerical aptitude.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and quick to learn new processes.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and administer survey questionnaires to support research and policy initiatives.
• Collect, consolidate, clean, and maintain survey data and related databases.
• Analyze quantitative data across datasets to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards for monitoring.
• Provide user support by addressing survey-related inquiries and troubleshooting data access issues.
• Assist with administrative and operational activities and meeting coordination.
