Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a motivated call center/customer service representative to support our enrolment process. You will answer field parent enquiries, assist with enrolment calls, and direct leads to the sales team.

You will handle customer feedback promptly and professionally, and assist with front desk duties as needed to ensure smooth operations for our programmes.

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management, not limited to helping with front desk walk-in enquiries when needed.
